Saudi Arabia Announces SR9.518 Billion August Sukuk Allocation

RIYADH — The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has allocated SR9.518 billion in the August 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

The issuance was divided into five tranches, with each portion carrying a different value and maturity date.

The first tranche was valued at SR1.550 billion and will mature in 2031, while the second tranche amounted to SR2.396 billion and will mature in 2033.

The third tranche, worth SR258 million, has a maturity date in 2036. The fourth tranche was the largest, valued at SR4.064 billion, and will mature in 2039.

The fifth and final tranche amounted to SR1.250 billion and is scheduled to mature in 2041.

According to the National Debt Management Center, the figures have been rounded to the nearest decimal point.
