The flat will be shared between me and you, the falt having only two rooms, a small hall, a kitchen and washroom.
The flat is on the 1st floor in a family building, the flat having all the Necessary equipments, automatic washing machine, freezer, kitchen stuff etc.

Drinking water and high speed wifi will be included in the rent, only the electricity bill will be shared between two of us.

The rent should be paid quarterly.
