King’s College Riyadh Opens Parent Experience Centre Ahead of SEDRA Campus Launch

RIYADH: King’s College Riyadh has unveiled a new Parent Experience Centre at ROSHN Front, offering families an early look at its upcoming SEDRA campus, which is set to open in August 2027.

The new centre provides an interactive environment where parents can explore the school’s educational vision, learn about its facilities, and gain insights into the academic opportunities that will be available at the future campus.

The launch marks another milestone for King’s College Riyadh, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading British curriculum schools, as it expands into ROSHN’s flagship SEDRA development in northern Riyadh. The move builds on the success of the school’s Diriyah campus and continues its mission of delivering high-quality British education in the Kingdom.

Operated by Cognita Middle East, part of the global Cognita network, King’s College Riyadh combines the National Curriculum for England with a strong emphasis on Arabic language, Islamic Studies, and Saudi cultural values, supporting the goals of Vision 2030.

The school is recognized for its strong academic standards, supportive learning environment, and well-rounded educational approach. Students benefit from a wide range of opportunities in leadership, sports, performing arts, technology, and creative development alongside their academic studies.

Spanning 36,300 square meters, the SEDRA campus will initially welcome students from Pre-School through Year 9 before expanding to Year 13 in the following years. The campus will also serve as the home of the school’s senior section, offering pathways that include IGCSEs, A-Levels, BTEC qualifications, and blended academic programs.

The new campus will feature a range of modern facilities, including a six-lane 25-meter swimming pool, an eight-court sports hall, three padel courts, floodlit sports fields, a 300-seat theatre, advanced science and technology laboratories, dedicated music and art studios, and specialist libraries.

Located near Entrance 3 at ROSHN Front, the Parent Experience Centre allows families to meet Principal Jacqueline Doran and members of the admissions and leadership teams. Visitors can also explore interactive 3D campus models and virtual presentations showcasing the future school environment.

In addition, the centre will host regular community events, including “Marhaba Mornings” and “Principal Afternoon Teas,” along with other family-focused activities designed to help families connect with the school community before the SEDRA campus officially opens.

The Parent Experience Centre is open daily except Fridays, and families interested in learning more about the new campus can contact the school directly for further information.
