Saudi Arabia Forecasts Temperatures Up to 48°C Across Several Regions

JEDDAH — Saudi Arabia is set to experience another spell of intense summer heat, with temperatures expected to climb as high as 48°C in several regions over the coming days.

According to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM), extremely hot conditions are forecast from Monday, July 6, through Wednesday, July 8, affecting parts of the Makkah, Madinah, and Eastern Province regions.

Daytime temperatures across these areas are expected to range between 46°C and 48°C, prompting residents to take precautions against prolonged exposure to the heat.

The NCM advised the public to stay hydrated, avoid outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours whenever possible, and follow official weather updates as the extreme temperatures continue across the Kingdom.
