RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce has recalled 264 BMW vehicles due to a defect in the Integrated Braking (IB) system that could interfere with electronic signals and reduce braking performance, potentially increasing the risk of an accident.

The recall covers 264 BMW vehicles from the 2022–2024 model years, including the 7 Series, X7, XM, X6, X1, X2, and X5 models.

The ministry urged vehicle owners to check whether their cars are included in the recall by entering their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on the Recalls.sa platform.

Owners of affected vehicles have also been advised to contact Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co. at 8001238000 to arrange the required inspection and repairs. The necessary repairs will be carried out free of charge.
